Description
About the Program
As part of my community initiative to promote mental wellness among children, this program aims to make socail emotional skills education accessible to all schools. Adolescence brings academic demands, shifting friendships, digital distractions, and questions of identity, all of which can impact confidence and wellbeing. Many of the challenges students face, such as managing emotions, coping with stress, or navigating relationships, are also the hardest to talk about openly.
This Mental Wellness Training delivers Social and Emotional Learning in a way that is practical, engaging, and age-appropriate. Across ten interactive modules, students learn how to recognize and manage emotions, build resilience, make healthy choices, and strengthen their wellbeing.
This training addresses important areas that shape a child’s growth, including peer pressure, emotional regulation, substance use prevention, digital safety, and self-esteem, giving students lifelong tools to support their mental health.
As part of this community drive, I invite schools to host this program for their students. The training is priced only to cover logistics so that every school can participate and students can benefit from it.
Together, we can move beyond simply talking about mental health and start teaching children how to live it.
This Mental Wellness Training delivers Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in a way that is practical, engaging, and age-appropriate. Across 10 interactive modules, students learn how to recognize and manage emotions, build resilience, make healthy choices, and strengthen their wellbeing.
